Returns Policy

Up to 14 days following the day of delivery
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return this product to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

You can also return bulk buy carton's providing you return the whole complete carton in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Prestigious Wallcoverings products are special order and subject to a 20% re-stocking charge therefore we recommend you contact us for a sample of the wallpaper prior to placing your order.

Lincrusta products are special order and non-refundable.

14 to 28 days after delivery
You may also return goods 14 to 28 days after purchase providing they are in the same condition as stated above for a refund excluding original delivery charge and subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Special order items including Prestigious Textiles, Artline and Lincrusta are excluded from this 14 to 28 day returns policy.

Fabrics are non-returnable
We do not accept returns on fabrics as they are cut to size specifically for your order and are classed as a bespoke item.  We recommend you contact us for a sample of the fabric prior to placing your order.
